Hello! My name is Heidi Smith and I am an ADHD/Executive Function Family Coach with a background in Pastoral Counseling, specifically Marriage and Family. I work with children of all ages, adults, parents, and couples, recognizing that if one person has ADHD, everyone is affected in some way. I came into ADHD Coaching because I needed to find a way to help the people I love most, and from there, I decided to make this my life’s work. My goal is to help families understand the facets of ADHD, recognize strengths, build self-confidence, and restore hope.

Caroline Maguire, M.Ed. is an ADHD coach, author, and sought-after speaker on SEL, ADHD, and neurodiversity.
